The Botswana Digital & Innovation Hub (BDIH) has been delegated as the Secretariat of the Botswana Innovation Fund. The fund provides early to mid-stage innovation funding, supporting the development of innovations at Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) 4 to TRL 8. It focuses on advancing projects from proof-of-concept and prototyping (TRL 4-5) through validation, demonstration, and pre-commercial deployment (TRL 6-8), ensuring they progress towards market readiness and attract further investment.
